Refund and Returns Policy

We have a ‘nice & easy’ returns policy, if you need to return your item to us please firstly email our Customer Service Team advising them of your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Please then return the item to us with all original packaging, ensuring the item is safely packaged. Unfortunately we do not provide pre-paid returns labels and we would advise that you post with the appropriate insurance to cover any damage in transit back to us.

Once your item is received by us a refund will be processed within 7-10 days or store credit can be provided. Depending on your payment method, there may be days either side of this for your bank or payment provider to process and return the funds to you.

Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase. Any items returned after this date cannot be processed for a refund.
